About the Mountain

Since it first opened in 1972, the Telluride Ski Resort has been making waves for being one of the best in North America. There are 148 total trails served by 17 lifts on over 2,000 acres in the San Juans. The vertical drop for the resort is 4,425 feet with a maximum elevation of 13,150 feet. The terrain is definitely a treat for all ages and skill levels! If you ever need a break from hitting the powder, there are six on-mountain restaurants to indulge at. Count us in!

Sunshine Express also offers a variety of beginner terrain set apart from more advanced terrain, so kids can ski around people at their own level.
